To ensure you receive the highest-quality products at the best value, we source and buy our premium supplies in bulk by the pallet, and all materials are delivered directly to your property through our commercial wholesale suppliers.Please review the standard logistics and policies regarding your project delivery below:Supplier-Direct Freight: We do not operate a public retail storefront or a shipping warehouse. All major project supplies—including pallets of premium pavers, bulk yard rock, turf, sod, and heavy commercial-grade irrigation components—are dispatched and delivered directly from our trusted wholesale supplier networks.Non-Refundable Sourced Materials: Once a project budget is finalized and our team purchases your custom supplies, these material and freight costs are fully non-refundable. Because supplies are ordered specifically for your property’s layout, they cannot be canceled or returned once in transit.Delivery Scheduling & Site Preparation: Delivery dates are coordinated to align perfectly with your project's ground-breaking schedule. Homeowners must ensure that driveways, gates, and designated drop zones are completely clear of vehicles, obstacles, or pets ahead of the supplier’s arrival.Tender of Performance: Our crew and the supplier’s freight truck will arrive on the scheduled delivery date to drop off your materials.
