Once ordered and in transit, all material and freight costs are 100% non-refundable. Refusing delivery forfeits your fees.Schedule Delays: Postponements forfeit your active slot and push restarts out 30 to 90 days.1-Year Warranty: Covers technical installation labor. Excludes storm damage, homeowner neglect, or pre-existing subsurface lines.Liability Cap: Total liability is strictly limited to the exact dollar amount paid for the project.
